The MissionWe are leaving serious revenue on the table.Your job is to:Build, lead, and scale a high-performing telesales teamTurn hot leads into closed high-ticket salesCreate daily urgency, discipline, and executionEliminate excuses, underperformance, and driftThis is an office-based role at Hampton Court.We believe great sales teams are built in the room, not on Zoom. What You’ll Be Doing (No Fluff)You will:Lead from the front — daily stand-ups, live call monitoring, pipeline reviewsRecruit, train, manage, and (when needed) remove salespeopleEnsure same-day follow-up on all hot leads (speed matters)Run daily, weekly, and monthly performance reportingBuild a culture where targets are hit or consequences followScale from 5 agents to 15+ as performance proves outYou will own the number.
