About the RoleFintechOS is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Consultant to play a key role in driving customer success and business transformation. We are looking someone who has sold onboarding and origination solutions to UK and European banks and knows how to navigate complex enterprise deals. You know how to engage stakeholders at all levels – from engineers to technology leaders and executives.In this role, you will:Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and newly onboarded customers, guiding them on how the FintechOS platform can help them build or transform their business into an innovative, digital-first organization with AI first modern ProductOpsBe the internal trusted advisor to sales, product and delivery teamsPartner with Account Executives and delivery teams to architect, engineer, and demonstrate solutions that showcase our AI-first ProductOps capabilitiesBuild compelling business cases that quantify ROI: faster time-to-market, operational efficiency gains, competitive differentiation, and regulatory agilityAddress customer concerns proactively, ensuring that potential risks are mitigated while favorably representing FintechOS and its technologyCollaborate with key stakeholders to design unique, competitive solution proposals that align with regional and market-specific needsChallenge assumptions constructively – ask the hard questions, get to know and understand prospects and customers to build the credibility to be an effective advisorThis is not about following a script. If you are autonomous, creative, and ready to drive deals with both strategic vision and technical credibility, this is for you.What You Will Do Day-to-DayRun solution sales cycles for enterprise deals across UK and Europe: discovery, value quantification, solution design, demos, POCs, and commercial close with an AEShow banks how to launch any product – unsecured lending, SME onboarding, savings accounts – without traditional development cycles (Insurance experience will be highly valued)Demo no-code capabilities and use case solutions that lets business users move at speed while maintaining compliance and controlNavigate complex buying committees and cycles: win over C-suite with strategic vision, product teams with use cases, and technical leaders with architectureTravel regularly across UK, Europe, and Romania for client meetings, workshops, and internal collaborationWhat We Are Looking ForMust-haves:4-5 years selling onboarding, origination, or digital banking platforms to UK and European financial servicesProven ability to straddle business and technical conversations – you quantify ROI with finance leaders and design solutions with engineersTrack record of winning deals by articulating business value: faster launches, lower costs, competitive edge, regulatory agilityDeep knowledge of banking product operations: core constraints, origination workflows, regulatory pressures, and why speed and differentiation mattersTechnical understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and platform integrations (you do not need to code, but you need to speak the language)Autonomous and proactive – you see the opportunity, shape it, and drive it without waiting for permissionCreative problem-solver willing to get stuck in and learn fastUK-based with right to work in the UK, European remote possibleYou Will Stand Out If You:Sold specifically into UK retail banks, challenger banks, or building societies – and understand their product roadmaps and pain pointsHave insurance and/or wealth management experienceBuilt ROI models or business cases that changed executive minds and accelerated deal cyclesUnderstand low-code/no-code platforms and can articulate the shift from IT-led to business-led product developmentKnow how to position AI as business value (not just tech buzzwords)Have experience in SME lending, mortgages, retail deposits, or consumer onboarding productsContributed to thought leadership: industry events, winning RFPs, or content that influenced buyersHave AI pet projectsWhat You Will GetImpact: You are joining early enough to shape how we sell, what we build, and where we winGrowth: Work with Société Générale, Admiral, and emerging fintechs reshaping the industry.
