We are currently supporting several schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast who are looking for graduates to join them in a variety of classroom-based roles. Available Roles: Cover Supervisor Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacherManage classroom behaviour and support learningIdeal experience for those considering PGCE / teacher training Teaching Assistant Support students in lessons and small groupsWork closely with teachers to help pupils access learningGreat for developing classroom and behaviour management skills Learning Support Mentor Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupilsHelp students with engagement, confidence, and wellbeingParticularly suited to graduates interested in SEND, pastoral care, or psycholog Who We're Looking For Recent graduates (any subject welcome)A genuine interest in education and working with young peopleConfident, reliable, and proactive individualsStrong communication skillsPrevious experience with children or young people is beneficial but not essential Why Start Your Journey With Us?
