About You We are looking for someone who brings energy, compassion, and professionalism to the role. The ideal candidate will have: A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development Excellent communication and teamwork skills A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures �? Key Responsibilities Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and carers Build strong, supportive relationships with families to enhance children’s learning and wellbeing Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that respects each child’s cultural and medical needs Raise any concerns regarding a child’s welfare with the Nursery Manager, maintaining strict confidentiality Adhere to all nursery policies, procedures, and statutory childcare regulations Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development
