You will be acting for companies and individuals in non-contentious corporate and commercial matters and in commercial and insurance disputes that include cross border elements. You will be assisting members of the team in handling breach of contract, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of duties under the Companies Act 2006, defamation, debt recovery and Insolvency matters.
