A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its dynamic team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality employment matters for UK and global clients across multiple sectors, including transport, insurance, government, healthcare and professional services.The RoleYou will advise employer clients on a wide variety of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Responsibilities include:Managing Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting pleadings and preparing cases for hearingAssisting senior lawyers with complex advisory work, such as discrimination, TUPE, reorganisations and employee relationsDrafting contracts, settlement agreements, policies and other employment documentationDelivering clear, practical and commercially focused adviceSupporting business development initiatives within the Employment teamAbout YouQualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in employment lawStrong experience in contentious matters; advocacy experience is desirable but not essentialExcellent drafting, analytical and communication skillsAbility to manage a varied workload and meet deadlinesProactive, team-focused approach with strong client-handling skillsWhy Apply?This role offers exposure to high-quality work, direct client contact and genuine opportunities for career development within a market-leading practice.
