With continued business growth and a diverse client portfolio, they’re offering a unique opportunity for a HSE Advisor to join their collaborative team and contribute to impactful projects across multiple sectors.The Opportunity:As a HSE Advisor, you’ll play a key role in: Providing day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) advice and guidance across factory and site operations, championing behavioural safety and legal complianceLeading site and factory audits and inspections, issuing reports with clear actions and driving improvementsSupporting incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring RIDDOR compliance and promoting a learning cultureReviewing risk assessments, lift plans and permits to ensure suitability and safety across manufacturing and construction environmentsContributing to integrated management system improvements (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) and participating in sustainability and compliance reportingYour work will directly contribute to creating a positive safety culture, ensuring environmental responsibility and enabling safe delivery of high-quality building solutions.
