This role involves teaching a class with complex behaviour needs, including three children with EHCPs and three more on the SEN register. This is a full-time position offering a competitive daily rate and the opportunity to contribute to your Teacher pension. Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons appropriate for Key Stage 2 pupils with complex behavioural needs.Assess and record students' progress, preparing them for end-of-year expectations.Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning.Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the educational environment.Address and support the specific needs of students with EHCPs and those on the SEN register. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching at the primary level, particularly in environments with complex behavioural needs.Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.Proficient in planning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum, tailored to students with additional needs.
