Business Development Assistant (12-Month FTC) Leading Global Law Firm - London Are you looking to develop your Business Development career within one of the worlds most prestigious law firms? We're seeking a proactive, detail driven Business Development Assistant to join a high performing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders, work closely with lawyers, and contribute to strategic BD initiatives across multiple practice groups. The Role As Business Development Assistant, you'll support the firms BD strategy through a mix of project coordination, research, content support, and internal reporting. Working alongside experienced BD professionals and lawyers, you'll play a key role in delivering high quality materials and supporting the execution of practice group plans. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFP trackingSupporting lawyers to collect and maintain accurate experience dataManaging multiple BD projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesPreparing internal reports and maintaining BD tracking toolsUpdating PowerPoint decks and ensuring brand consistencyCollating and promoting significant client wins across the London officeProviding general administrative and project support to the BD team About You You'll thrive in a fast paced, professional environment and bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. You will have: A bachelors degree and 1+ year of relevant professional experience (BD/Marketing within legal or professional services is an advantage)Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilitiesStrong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with people at all levelsHigh proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and database toolsA proactive, team oriented approach and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines Why Apply?
