The Property Manager will be confident, enthusiastic and dedicated in maintaining a high level of service associated with our client.Responsibilities:Ability to conduct property inspections and viewingsIdentify and resolve property management issues through to completionBe proactive in maintaining landlord and tenant relationshipsHave hands on experience of HMO properties and applicationsKnowledge of Current Landlord and Tenant LegislationRent collection and controlPreparation of client reportsInstructing repair works and ensuring completion of works in a timely mannerManagement of leases and tenancy renewalsAny other duties role may involvePerson Specification:Previous experience in a similar role essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareWorking knowledge of Property Management software packagesAbility to work in an extremely busy office environmentClean, current valid Driving Licence is essential The RewardsThe successful Property Manager will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus Bonus.LocationThe Property Manager role will be based in Belfast.
