In-office perks including on-site gym and free meals Events Specialist Key Responsibilities: End-to-end execution of firm events, including venue sourcing, negotiation of contracts and logistics, guest list management, supplier liaison, invitations etc.Work closely with the wider Events team to ensure systems, policies and procedures are adhered to, tracked, and reconciledTrack event budgets, invoices, and approval workflows, including working with Finance and leadership on annual budget planning and reportingWork with various teams to produce event material (agendas, collateral, signage, name badges)Carry out reporting and performance measurement, including capturing attendee data, feedback, and follow-ups Events Specialist Skills & Requirements: Proven experience planning and delivering diverse events in a similar role, ideally within a law firmConfidently uses external suppliers to your own initiative to create memorable, bespoke experiencesStrong stakeholder management across all levels and suppliersEffective in navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives to meet deadlines
