We have direct instructions on an exciting new Corporate role with an international law firm. You will get excellent career progression and advise on a wide range of matters including major cross-border and UK M&A.The breadth of work in this role will include share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders' and investment agreements, venture capital, articles of association and other general corporate matters.We will consider lawyers with ideally between five and eight years' PQE (but with some flexibility on this level) and a stable career record at highly-rated City or leading national firms.The firm offers a competitive City salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
