IT Business Reporting AnalystLondon | 4 days office / 1 day WFH | £45,000 + 20% bonus & benefitsWe’re hiring an IT Business Reporting Analyst to join a growing retail organisation at a key transformation point.This is an urgent replacement hire and the role offers the chance to take ownership of the reporting and data platform while leading a major modernisation programme — including migrating from a legacy SQL data warehouse to Microsoft Fabric.If you enjoy combining hands-on BI/reporting work with data platform improvement and strategy, this role offers real ownership and visibility across the business.What You’ll Be DoingLead the migration from a legacy SQL data warehouse to Microsoft FabricRedesign and remodel the data structure and business rulesMaintain and optimise the current SQL Server + Power BI reporting environmentDefine future data strategy, governance and best practicesPartner with stakeholders across Retail, Operations and FinanceSupport future advanced analytics/ML initiatives where relevantWhat They’re Looking ForStrong data platform management & reporting experiencePower BI dashboard developmentSolid SQL skillsExperience deploying and maintaining reporting solutionsInterest in building predictive or advanced analytics solutionsPower BI is essential. Tableau experience is fine if you’re happy to transition.
