Do you have experience supporting children or young people and want to move into a school setting? Are you interested in working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD and SEMH? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of schools in Ellesmere Port who are looking to recruit Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs. As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will:* Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis* Work with children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs* Help pupils to access learning, manage emotions and engage in school life* Support behaviour, routines and emotional regulation* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams Roles are available in mainstream schools and specialist provisions.
