This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role at a time of significant investment and transformation.The site has recently undergone a major investment programme, with further expansion underway, making this a pivotal moment to influence the future of safety, wellbeing, and environmental standards across the operation.The RoleAs the EHS Manager, you will lead a team responsible for driving a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and internal standards. You’ll play a key role in shaping the site’s strategic approach to health, safety, and environmental performance, while also supporting employee wellbeing through occupational health initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the EHS team to deliver site-wide initiatives.Ensure compliance with UK legislation, corporate policies, and ISO14001 standardsAct as the site lead for audits, inspections, and emergency response planningPromote a culture of continuous improvement through training, engagement, and performance trackingCollaborate with Occupational Health professionals to support employee health and wellbeingRepresent the site in global forums and liaise with external regulatory bodies.What you'll need to succeedProven experience leading an EHS team in a similar role to achieve successBackground in a Manufacturing FacilityStrong working knowledge of UK EHS legislation and best practicesExperience implementing and managing ISO14001 or equivalent systemsWhat's on offer?A generous salary of 60 - 68k DOE is on offer for the right candidate, alongside a generous holiday allowance, pension and private healthcare. # 4705355
