We are proud to be partnering with a committed resident managed housing association, who are looking to appoint a TMO Manager on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time office-based position in Leytonstone, with opportunities to improve the lives and living situations of residents and a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building successful working relationships with the board members to deliver excellent customer service and provide leadership to the existing workforce to maintain the highest possible standards. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Ensuring that the TMO fulfils its management agreement with the councilCarrying overall responsibility for all the services the TMO administersManaging, supporting and supervising all the TMO staffReviewing and updating policies and procedures where necessaryPrioritising repairs and ensuring that all works are carried out in a timely mannerLeading on new projects to improve the quality of the properties on offerAttending board meetings where necessary Experience required: Previous experience managing a TMOPrevious experience managing staffExperience developing successful relationships with stakeholdersExperience in positions of leadership Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Risk assessment and managementIn-depth knowledge of housing legislationCompliance and due diligence Working hours: Flexible working patterns Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
