Regional Manager West London £60 - £65,000 Full-Time, PermanentWe are looking for an experienced Manager with ophthalmic experience to join a leading specialist refractive surgery clinic with over 30 years of experience. We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious West London locations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinic performance. About the RoleAs Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple clinic operations, managing staff, handling budgets, ensuring CQC compliance, and developing strategic plans to enhance services and profitability. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service deliveryDevelop and implement policies and procedures to optimise clinic operationsMonitor and manage clinic schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levelsCoordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staffFoster a positive and productive work environmentAddress employee conflicts and provide solutions to improve team dynamicsConduct regular staff meetings to keep the team informed and engaged Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goalsOversee billing, collections, and other financial transactions Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the clinic complies with CQC standardsImplement and monitor quality assurance programmesHandle patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionallyMaintain accurate and confidential patient records Strategic Planning and Development: Identify opportunities for improvement in clinic servicesDevelop and implement strategic plans to enhance patient care and clinic performanceBuild and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers and healthcare providers Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfactionAddress patient inquiries and resolve issues efficientlyMonitor patient feedback and implement improvements What We're Looking For Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field (preferred)Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare management role (Medical Practice Management: 3 years required)Ophthalmic Experience is essentialStrong understanding of CQC healthcare regulations and compliance standardsExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annumPerformance bonusPrivate medical insuranceEmployee discountCompany eventsReferral programmeSick pay Working Conditions 8-hour shift, day shiftWeekend/evening availability requiredWork is typically performed in a clinic setting This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.BSR Health are a Specialist Healthcare Agency.
