This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting pupils in Lower Key Stage 2, particularly in Maths with a focus on multiplication.You will take a proactive role in leading small booster groups, delivering targeted interventions, and providing high-quality classroom support. The school is also looking for someone confident and capable of leading the class in the teacher’s absence.ResponsibilitiesSupport LKS2 pupils with Maths, with a strong focus on multiplicationLead small-group booster sessions to raise attainmentDeliver planned learning activities and interventions independentlyTake responsibility for whole-class teaching in the teacher’s absenceContribute to behaviour management, pupil progress monitoring, and a positive learning environmentRequirementsHLTA qualification or substantial experience at HLTA levelConfident delivering Maths support and leading targeted interventionsAble to lead whole-class teaching when requiredStrong communication, organisation, and classroom-management skillsEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)TO APPLY PRESS THE SUBMIT BUTTON
