Pastoral Officer - Full Time (Long-Term)Bradford AreaStart Date: February Half TermVeritas Education Veritas Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Officer to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from February half term. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour, and contributing to a safe and supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with secondary-aged students, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. The Role Includes: Providing day-to-day pastoral support to studentsManaging behaviour and attendance concernsWorking closely with Heads of Year and safeguarding teamsSupporting student wellbeing and personal developmentMaintaining accurate pastoral records and reportsCommunicating with parents/carers and external agencies when required Alongside this role, we also have various other positions available, including: Full-time and part-time rolesLong-term and permanent opportunitiesAd-hoc daily supply across Bradford and West Yorkshire Get in touch to find out more about the roles currently available.
