Job Title: Technology Sales Director – BFSI Domain- London UKLocation: London UKEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: 15–25+ Years (Enterprise Technology Sales)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technology Sales Director to lead growth initiatives within the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role focuses on driving new business acquisition, expanding strategic accounts, and positioning technology solutions including Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and Application Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within BFSI enterprises and a proven track record in consultative enterprise sales.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & New BusinessDrive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure within BFSI accounts.Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across banking, fintech, insurance, and NBFC sectors.Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.Strategic Account ManagementDevelop executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business stakeholders.Create account growth strategies including cross-sell and upsell initiatives.Manage large, complex enterprise deals and long sales cycles.Solution Selling & Market PositioningPosition technology services such as Cloud Migration, Digital Engineering, Core Modernization, Data Platforms, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice teams to create tailored BFSI solutions.Understand regulatory requirements and technology trends impacting BFSI clients.Leadership & CollaborationLead pursuit teams during RFP/RFI processes and client presentations.Provide market intelligence and customer insights to internal leadership.Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales strategy planning.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.12–18+ years of experience in enterprise IT/technology sales with strong exposure to BFSI clients.Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Extensive experience engaging and selling to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.Deep understanding of services in Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, or Financial Services, including buyer behavior and competitive positioningDemonstrated success in closing large multi-year technology deals.Strong understanding of BFSI industry challenges, regulations, and digital transformation initiatives.Proven ability to build CXO-level relationships and manage complex stakeholder environments.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience selling IT Services, Consulting, Digital Engineering, or Platform Solutions.Exposure to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or offshore delivery models.Knowledge of emerging technologies such as GenAI, FinTech platforms, Open Banking, and Data Governance.Preferred Qualifications / SkillsBackground in sales and/or management consulting with exposure to complex, solution-based selling.Hands-on experience with CRM and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales execution models.Kindly reply with your resume to Email- jnehru@nam-it.com
