Sales Manager (Scaffold solutions) - London / South EastUp to £70,000 + Monthly commission + Car or Car Allowance + Fuel cardOur client is a leading provider of scaffolding solutions across construction Temporary Works projects, providing expertise for civil infrastructure, building, rail, power and utility projects across the UK and Europe. Based in London, we are seeking talented Sales Managers with knowledge of the Construction Temporary Works industry, which must include the selling of Scaffold solutions. Taking on a lead role within the team you will be integral to developing the sales strategy to generate new business and expand existing client relationships. Very well known and respected throughout the industry, our client will offer you extensive support, training and access to a broad range of clients.In this position, you will:Work across new business and existing client opportunitiesWork as part of the existing scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targetsIdentify target projects in their early stages in order to develop potential business Develop a project pipeline to grow market shareGrow revenues from existing clientsMaintain and develop relationships with clientsTo be considered, you will offer:Experience of working in the scaffold industry (minimum 3 years)Experience of selling scaffold solutions Experience of growing key client relationshipsGood networking skillsGood commercial acumenGood communication and relationship building skillsWhat’s on offerAnnual salary up to £70,000 Monthly commission schemeCompany car or car allowance + Fuel cardExcellent benefits package including private medical insuranceThis is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading company, within a high-performing team.
