That mindset runs through the whole business, including salesAbout the roleWe’re looking for a driven Account Manager to take ownership of a key portfolio of London wholesale customers, while also helping us bring new accounts into the Galeta family.This is a hands-on, outward-facing role with real responsibility. You’ll be trusted to manage and grow relationships, protect revenue, and spot opportunities to do more with the right customers. You’ll spend time on the phone, on the road, in cafés and kitchens, and in constant conversation about how Galeta can support our customers’ trade better..What you'll be doingYou’ll own the full account management lifecycle, not just sales targets.That meansManaging and growing a portfolio of existing wholesale customers, ensuring they stay with Galeta and continue to increase their spend over timeProactively opening new accounts across specialty coffee, independents and larger hospitality groupsOwning the full sales journey: prospecting, pitching, onboarding and early-order supportActing as the main point of contact for your accounts and building long-term, trusted relationshipsIdentifying opportunities to increase order value through the right product mix and new launchesWorking closely with CX, operations and production to resolve issues quickly and protect customer confidenceDelivering against clear KPIs across acquisition, retention and account growthWhat we are looking forThis role suits someone commercial, organised and comfortable being out in the world, talking to people and building proper relationshipsYou'll likely haveProven experience in sales or account management, ideally within food, hospitality or coffeeA strong understanding of London’s café and hospitality sceneConfidence picking up the phone, walking into venues and starting conversationsA proactive, self-directed approach with strong time managementGood commercial instincts and a genuine interest in great food and drinkWhy Join Galeta?Represent one of London’s most respected and ambitious artisan bakery brandsJoin a fast-growing business where sales performance genuinely mattersReal ownership of accounts and the freedom to build relationships properlyCompetitive salary of £50k OTE, with clear scope to grow as the business scalesThe detailsMonday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pmBased from our Farringdon office with regular client visitsRight to work in the UK requiredThree-stage interview processApplyPlease send your CV and a short cover note.
