Housing Disrepair Solicitor – North London Law FirmSalary: £45,000 – £65,000 + BonusLocation: North LondonJob Type: Full-time, PermanentPQE: 3+ YearsOur established UK law firm is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor with a strong background in managing litigation matters end-to-end and who is looking to further develop their career within a progressive and supportive environment.About the RoleYou will take responsibility for a varied and engaging caseload, working closely with clients across a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will be able to handle matters independently while delivering high-quality, strategic advice.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolutionDraft, review and negotiate court documents, pleadings, correspondence and settlement agreementsConduct legal research and prepare detailed advice for clientsAttend court hearings, mediations and negotiations where requiredLiaise with clients, counsel, experts and third partiesMaintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with deadlinesContribute to business development and client relationship managementRequirements:3+ years PQE as a Litigation Solicitor3+ years’ experience handling litigation matters end-to-endStrong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)Excellent advocacy, negotiation and drafting skillsAbility to work autonomously while being a strong team playerExceptional communication, organisation and client-care skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary £45,000 – £65,000, plus performance-based bonusOpportunity to work on high-quality, housing litigation mattersClear career progression and professional development supportCollaborative and friendly working environment
