An award-winning Claimant Personal Injury firm is seeking a Solicitor to join their expanding Brain & Spinal Injury Claims team. The team represents clients across the UK in complex brain and spinal injury claims, providing specialist legal, financial, and rehabilitation support to empower clients to live fulfilling, independent lives.The RoleHandle Brain & Spinal Injury Claims independently and collaboratively, across pre-litigation and litigation stages.Work closely with case managers, rehabilitation providers, and medical professionals to secure optimal outcomes.Undertake liability and quantum investigations, including review of medical, therapy, employment, and case management documentation.Obtain medical and expert evidence, draft Schedules of Loss, and calculate special damages.Represent clients at court hearings and applications.Promote the team externally through networking, business development, and attendance at relevant events.Deliver an exceptional, empathetic client experience throughout the claims process.Requirements Qualified solicitor with 1–5 years PQE, experienced in complex and high-value personal injury claims, particularly brain and spinal injury cases.Detailed knowledge of CPR, case law, and complex quantum calculations relevant to neurological injury claims.Benefits Competitive salary & discretionary bonus – reviewed annually based on performance and team contribution.Pension & life cover – 5% matched pension contributions and 4x salary life insurance.Generous holidays – 28 days per year (rising with service) plus birthday off.Health & wellbeing – private medical insurance, health cash plan, and Employee Assistance Programme.Professional growth – support for training, memberships, and career development.Flexible & agile working – hybrid options and work/life balance support.Additional perks – travel schemes, referral bonuses, shopping discounts, and long service rewards.
