My client a City boutique law firm are currently looking for a Billing Administrator to join their finance team on a permanent basis. Day-to-day of the role:Assist with daily invoicing duties, including raising draft narratives for Partner review, finalising narratives, raising invoices, and uploading invoices onto client portals.Provide cover for the Billing and Credit Control Manager, working closely with the Credit Controller to resolve client issues.Support the Finance Team with administration and ad hoc projects, such as uploading disbursement and overhead invoices, assigning disbursements on Clio, managing the Accounts mailbox, and producing reports for Partners and Senior Teams.Liaise with clients’ finance teams to ensure smooth client and vendor setup.Manage and update the Health & Wellbeing tracker for expense claims related to allowances, flu jabs, and eye tests.Respond to client queries promptly and maintain high levels of client service.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of two years' experience in a credit control environment, with billing experience being essential.Experience working within a professional environment, preferably legal or accountancy.Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure.Good interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with both fee earners and non-fee earners.Flexible and adaptable approach with a proactive, can-do attitude.High level of discretion with confidential matter9-5.30pm working hours1-2 days in the office Private medical insurance with 24/7 access to GP25 days holiday with option to purchase 5 additional daysTravel insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgrammeOne paid volunteering day per yearAnnual £300 allowance to spend on physical and mental wellbeing5% of salary pension contribution by LittlerIncome protectionLife insurance x4 of annual salaryCycle to work schemeFresh fruit, biscuits and sweets in kitchenReimbursement of annual flu jabs and eye testsAnnual summer and Christmas parties, and lots of other socials throughout the year.
