Residential Property Solicitor, 1+ PQE, Shropshire, £(DOE). An exciting opportunity for Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading law firm. In this role you will be managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, whilst supporting the department’s growth and success. Job Ref: TL2920 THE ROLE: You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, while providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Residential Property to support the department’s continued growth and long-term success. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be a 1+ PQE Solicitor who has completed majority of their training seats in residential property. They will possess excellent IT skills including a good understanding of case management systems, outstanding organisational skills and great attention to detail.
