Job type: PermanentLocation: Galgorm Industrial EstateClosing date: Monday 02 Mar 2026 08:00Due to continued success, Wrightbus are currently recruiting for Spray Painters.Hours of work: 3 week rotation 34.5 hours per week Week 1 Monday to Wednesday 06:00-18:00Week 2 Monday to Wednesday 18:00-06:00Week 3 Thursday to Saturday 06:00- 18:00The Role:Responsible for the marking out and spraying of Basecoat and Direct gloss colours.Responsible for any touch up repairs and small paint repairs, prior to sign-off and vehicle delivery.Responsible for assisting paint preparation i.e., marking up vehicles prior to paint.Responsible for the safe operation of plant, equipment and/or hand tools associated with the paint-preparation & paint processes. Responsible for compliance with the company's Health and Safety policy procedures.Responsible for undertaking training or retraining associated with the post or the introduction of new working practices.Undertake any other duties conducive with the effective operation of the post.The RequirementsTime Served Spray Painter.Or4 years relevant experience.Experience of Spray Painting with Preparation knowledge.Experience within commercial or car industry.Knowledge of Clear over base and 2 pack paint.Repairs to minor dents.Spot repairs to paintworkKnowledge of templates & marking out vehicles.Good interpersonal skillsWilling to undertake training as requiredAn awareness of general Health and Safety rules.Proven ability to be flexible, working overtime and changing shift patterns as requiredThe Benefits:Life InsuranceMedicash schemeDiscount with local businesses e.g. Galgorm Spa Resort and McAtamney's.
