We are seeking an experienced Dispatch and Quality Control Operative to join a small manufacturing team in the Dungannon area. This role is responsible for ensuring all finished products meet company quality standards before being correctly packaged and dispatched to customers.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product quality, accuracy of orders, and on-time deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standardsIdentify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformancesComplete quality control documentation accuratelyWork closely with the production team to resolve quality issuesEnsure compliance with internal procedures and relevant industry standardsPick and prepare customer orders accuratelyVerify quantities and product specifications before dispatchCoordinate with logistics/couriers to ensure timely shipmentMaintain accurate dispatch records and paperworkOccasional duties using Laser Printing MachineSkills & Experience Required2+ years experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, dispatch, or quality control role essentialGood organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control procedures.Strong computer skills for recording data and dispatch documentation is essentialPrior experience with shipping & receiving processesExperience operating machinery, using software or production equipmentExperience packing and dispatching orders accuratelyBasic understanding of Health & Safety procedures in a production environmentOn offer is a full-time position, Supportive team environment, Enhanced annual leave & annual bonus.Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.Contact Judith or apply now.Benefits:Enhanced holidays annual bonus
