Senior Associate - Private Client SolicitorAnnual Salary: Competitive, DOELocation: Swindon/BristolJob Type: PermanentClosing Date: 31/03/2026Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join our expanding Private Client team in Bristol or Swindon. This role is ideal for a solicitor with robust estate planning experience, particularly in FICs and related areas, aiming to enhance our corporate offerings and foster referrals between teams.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver effective and efficient legal services on own matters, ensuring profitability and appropriate resourcing.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers, exceeding service expectations and supporting partners in managing key clients.Provide clear service agreements to clients with transparent charging and pricing.Offer solid legal advice with deep market/sector knowledge.Make informed decisions on client matters with minimal supervision, consulting partners on complex or new areas.Develop a reputation as an established expert in private client matters.Contribute to the department's business plan and demonstrate business development success.Expand the network of clients and referrers, actively pursuing new business opportunities.Collaborate with the team, supporting and supervising junior members.Required Skills & Qualifications:Solicitor with 7+ years PQE in Private Client law.Experience in all aspects of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, and Trusts.Strong client management skills with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.Active involvement in business development with a proven track record of winning new business.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus scheme.33 days holiday including bank holidays.Enrolment in pension scheme after 3 months' probation.Comprehensive learning and development opportunities.Supportive and inclusive work environment with a focus on collaborative growth.To apply for this Senior Associate - Private Client Solicitor position, please submit your CV and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are interested in this role by the closing date of 31/03/2026.
