If you are patient, resilient, and want to help students overcome barriers to learning, we want to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesEHCP Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), ensuring their specific learning goals are met.Classroom Assistance: Support the lead teacher in managing classroom behaviour and preparing learning materials.Inclusion: Help students with additional needs (SEND) feel included and empowered within a mainstream secondary environment.Progress Tracking: Help monitor the social and academic development of pupils, providing feedback to the SENCO.What We Are Looking ForWe welcome applications from experienced professionals and those looking to start a new career in education.Qualified Applicants: Holders of Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications.Unqualified Applicants: We highly value "transferable skills" from youth work, care backgrounds, or sports coaching.
