FP&A Manager - TV & Film Production - £85,000 - £100,000 Your new company Join a leading TV & Film Production company and take your finance career to the next level. They're looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in our Commercial & FP&A team.Your new role Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for senior leadership and Group Finance, including KPI dashboards and variance analysis.Analyse portfolio performance: growth trends, ROI on marketing, profitability, and key KPIs.Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with People & Culture, Studios, and Strategy teams.Support modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform business cases and growth plans.Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and integration of new financial systems (Anaplan, D365).What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experienceStrong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within TV, Film, or entertainment.Expertise in financial systems (D365, BI tools) and advanced Excel modelling.Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to turn data into actionable insights.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career. # 4581807
