Freelance Site Manager Freelance Site ManagerLocation: Near Barnet, North LondonRate: £330–£340 per day (Ltd Company or Umbrella No CIS)Contract Length: 15 weeksStart Date: FebruarySector: Residential Conversion / Commercial-to-ResidentialThe OpportunityA reputable contractor based in Berkshire, known for delivering high‑quality Housing, Commercial and Retail schemes, is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead a £2m+ refurbishment of a commercial building being converted into modern apartments.The project is already in procurement and due to begin in February, running for approximately 15 weeks.
