You’ll work closely with managers across multiple functions, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring financial information is clear, accurate, and actionable.Key responsibilities include:Leading elements of the month‑end process, ensuring accuracy and delivering clear variance analysisPartnering with managers to prepare, review, and present budgets and forecastsProducing insightful overhead and cost reporting, developing tools to track spend and drive efficienciesSupporting strategic initiatives by providing financial guidance and scenario analysisBuilding strong relationships across the organisation and influencing decision‑makingSupporting the rollout and improvement of financial systems and processes as the business continues to growWhat You’ll Need to SucceedA confident communicator able to translate financial information into clear, meaningful insightStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and excellent presentation skillsA qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or QBE with strong business partnering experienceA collaborative, personable approach and a genuine desire to add value beyond the numbersWhat You’ll Get in ReturnThis is a permanent role offering hybrid working, a competitive salary of up to £50,000, and an excellent benefits package.
