The RoleAs a Building Surveyor, you’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering a wide range of services across the UK and occasionally overseas. You’ll work on high-impact projects with long-standing clients in healthcare, education, and the public sector.Your responsibilities will include:Building pathology investigations, condition and measured surveysContract administration and refurbishment project managementTechnical due diligence and compliance reportingFramework agreements with major clientsOpportunities for international assignments What You’ll BringDegree in Building Surveying or related disciplineMRICS Chartered (or working towards) – CIOB also consideredStrong technical knowledge and report writing skillsExperience in professional services and project deliveryProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and client-facing skills # 4715186
