Clinical Finance Manager - Upto £75k - Abingdon The RoleYou will own the end‑to‑end investigator grant process, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, negotiation and payment management across global clinical sites. Working closely with Clinical Operations, Finance, Procurement and external partners, you’ll play a central role in ensuring financial compliance, accuracy and operational efficiency throughout the study lifecycle.Location: Abingdon - Onsite 1/2 Days per MonthSalary: Up to £75,000Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigator Grant Budgets & Invoicing:Develop global site budget templates using FMV benchmarking toolsAdapt budgets for country‑specific financial and regulatory requirementsLead or oversee site/CRO budget negotiationsMaintain budget accuracy through protocol amendments and operational updatesReview, approve and track patient reimbursement claimsEscalate complex budget or payment term issues when requiredInvestigator Grant Payments:Build and manage an in‑house site payment processIssue pro forma requests and initiate payments via Accounts PayableValidate site invoices against contracts and completed activitiesLiaise with sites, project managers and AP to resolve invoicing queriesPartner with Finance to calculate and assess site accrualsPurchase Orders:Collect supplier financial documentation for setup in Oracle NetSuiteCreate and maintain site POs aligned to trial forecasts and enrolmentProvide reporting and ensure PO accuracy and compliance throughout the studySkills & ExperienceStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelComfortable working with large, complex budget datasetsOracle NetSuite experience (preferred)Experience with GrantPlan or Grants ManagerGlobal study start‑up experience, including country‑level budget template developmentCTA and budget negotiation experienceIf you’re passionate about life sciences and want to contribute to a fast‑moving, high‑growth clinical environment, we’d love to hear from you. # 4771482
