Your Role:* Leading pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment* Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning* Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth continuity in lessons________________________________________ Who We're Looking For:* Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train* Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching* People with experience working with young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, voluntary roles, parenting, etc.)* Confident, approachable communicators with a positive, professional attitude* Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals No school experience? No problem!We provide FREE CPD, full training, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed and build confidence in the classroom.________________________________________ What We Offer:* Ongoing opportunities 3-5 days per week (term time only)* Flexible roles to suit your schedule* Competitive pay depending on experience and role* Typical annual earnings between £19,500 - £27,300 (based on 39 weeks per year)________________________________________ Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
