Residential Property Paralegal — Central LondonSalary: £26,000 – £30,000Contract: Permanent, full-timeLocation: Central London (fully office-based) WhitechapelA well-established and highly regarded Central London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid conveyancing experience who is ready to take ownership of their work within a supportive environment.The RoleYou will assist fee-earners and manage elements of your own caseload under supervision. Typical duties will include:Opening files and conducting client onboardingHandling SDLT returns and Land Registry applicationsPreparing contract packs, searches, reports and completion documentsLiaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitorsProgressing straightforward matters independentlyMaintaining excellent file management and complianceAbout YouWe’re looking for an organised, confident individual who thrives in a busy property team.
