Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals, you will help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop independence within a nurturing, inclusive environment.You will:Support individual pupils and small groups to engage with lessons and tasksClarify and explain instructions, learning activities, and use of resourcesProvide encouragement, reassurance, and positive feedback to promote focus, confidence, and self-esteemDeliver targeted support in areas such as reading, spelling, numeracy, handwriting, and presentationHelp create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environmentNo two days are the same, and every day offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with additional needs.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Holds GCSEs grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and MathsHas experience working with children in educational, care, or support settings (desirable but not essential)Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic with a genuine desire to help vulnerable young peopleCan adapt to varied classroom and outdoor environments with flexibility and confidenceWorks well in a team while being able to take initiative when neededIf you are ready to support young people to thrive and make a real difference, please apply today.About UsHeath Farm School is an independent specialist day school in Charing Heath, Kent, supporting children with SEMH needs and additional learning difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and attachment disorder.Set in a spacious rural environment, pupils learn in small classes with personalised support and tailored therapy.
