The role requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver comprehensive cost planning and prepare detailed estimates for capital works projects. Responsibilities will include managing site-specific abnormals, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining strong financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Paying £60,000 + benefits Duties within the role will include;Manage all commercial aspects of contracts, from start through Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.Lead the preparation and submission of valuations, variations, and claims.Administer contracts ensuring compliance with terms.Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance evaluation.
