Electrical Contracts Manager | £55,000 - £60,000 | BelfastDue to continued success and growing workload, our client, a leading electrical and mechanical contractor, is seeking to appoint an experienced Electrical Contracts manager at their site in Belfast. What You'll Get:Excellent salary of £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone provided.Opportunity to join an expanding business. Role:Based at our client's Belfast office, you will regularly travel to site meetings to liaise with clients, site managers, and subcontractors. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards. Responsibilities: Deliver multiple projects simultaneously within agreed scope, programme, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality for clients.Prepare project initiation documentation, budgets, programmes, and all relevant health and safety documentation.Ensure full compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory standards and guidance.Provide regular progress reports for management meetings.Maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage progress, address challenges, and implement solutions.Oversee contract administration, including issuing purchase orders, managing applications for payment, and controlling variations. Requirements:Ideally 3+ years as an Electrical Contracts Manager. Preference to experience.Preference to candidates with Electrical based qualifications, NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)Strong background managing electrical projects for an M&E or electrical contractorThe ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.Understanding and knowledge of various electrical systemsProven ability to lead and manage teamCommercially minded with a strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and financial analysisExcellent written communicationGood IT skills especially with MS office softwareExcellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts For further information please submit your CV via the link, or contact Craig in our Staffline Belfast Office.Skills:Construction Electrical ManagementBenefits:Benefits
