Private Client Partner – Wills, Trusts & Probate Poundbury / Dorset – Hybrid Working AvailableA leading West Country Private Client team is seeking an experienced Partner specialising in Wills, Trusts and Probate to drive growth and develop its offering in Poundbury and the surrounding region.This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a practice in a location with strong regional connections and access to high-quality private client work, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, farming families and landed estates.The Poundbury base provides a collaborative platform with established sector links, enabling strong cross-referral opportunities and close relationships across the West Country.The RoleAs a Private Client Partner, you will: Lead and grow the Wills, Trusts & Probate offering in Poundbury and wider DorsetManage a varied caseload including complex wills, estate administration, tax and succession planning, trusts and LPAsDevelop and maintain relationships with referrers, professional advisers and local networksPlay a key role in business development and strategic growthMentor and support junior lawyers as the team expandsWork closely with related practice areas including residential property, commercial, construction and family About YouYou will be: An experienced Private Client solicitor at Partner or Senior Associate level ready for partnershipConfident handling complex estates, tax planning and trust mattersSkilled in client relationship management, especially with high-value clients and professional referrersCommercially minded with proven business development successCollaborative, supportive and keen to contribute to a growing team cultureSTEP qualified or working towards STEP (preferred but not essential) What’s on Offer?
