Joiner / Mould MakerLocation: Near Ballymena (Workshop-Based)Contract: Permanent, Full-timeThe RoleDue to continued growth, our client is seeking a Joiner / Mould Maker to join their established Joinery Team within a busy precast concrete manufacturing environment.This role involves the production of high-quality timber moulds in line with technical drawings and daily production targets. You will work as part of a team to ensure all moulds are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.This is a hands-on, workshop-based role suited to someone who enjoys working to precise specifications within a structured production setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture timber moulds to specification and production plansInterpret and work from technical drawings accuratelySelect and prepare correct materials for mould constructionOperate joinery tools and workshop equipment safelyEnsure all moulds meet required quality standards before releaseAdhere strictly to Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirementsMaintain a clean and organised work environmentCommunicate effectively with team members and Line ManagerContribute positively to achieving daily and weekly production targetsEssential CriteriaJoinery qualification or previous experience within a joinery / mould-making environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExperience working to production targets and deadlinesKnowledge of Health & Safety procedures (CSR desirable)Understanding of quality standards and their practical applicationStrong teamwork and communication skillsPositive, proactive attitude within a production teamWorking HoursMonday Friday06:00am 15:00pm or 07:00am 16:00pm32 48 hours per week (depending on production requirements)Flexibility required for overtime and occasional Saturday workingWhats on OfferCompetitive salary30 days holidays (including statutory holidays)Company Performance Related Pay (PRP) schemePrivate Healthcare schemeCompany sick pay schemePension schemeLife insurance policyCycle to work schemeEmployee referral schemeAXA insurance discountThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and quality-driven manufacturing business offering long-term stability and strong employee benefits.If interested in this position, please apply below,Skills:Joinery Carpentry PlasteringBenefits:Medical Aid / Health Care Paid Holidays Pension Fund Parking Performance Bonus
