AV Engineer Location: Central LondonType: PermanentSalary: Up to £45,000 + benefitsHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday The Opportunity We're partnering with a leading global technology services provider to recruit an experienced AV Engineer to support a high-profile financial services environment in Central London. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and working directly with end users in a fast-paced, professional setting. You'll play a key role in ensuring meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and event areas operate smoothly, providing prompt and effective support when issues arise. What You'll Be Responsible For Delivering day-to-day technical support for audiovisual and video conferencing systemsInvestigating, diagnosing, and resolving faults across AV hardware, software, and control systemsSupporting audio and video conferencing platforms for both in-room and remote participantsCarrying out routine maintenance, testing, and system health checksWorking closely with clients and internal stakeholders to support meetings and live eventsAssisting with AV setup and configuration for office moves, upgrades, and new room builds What We're Looking For Solid technical knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, and control platforms such as CrestronHands-on experience supporting Cisco video conferencing and Microsoft Teams / Teams RoomsStrong fault-finding skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectivelyExperience maintaining projectors (LCD/DLP) and supporting broadcast-style AV environmentsConfident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and end usersAbility to interpret technical documentation and apply it on site Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
