You'll be joining a purpose-driven organisation that is embarking on an ambitious multi-year digital transformation. You will be joining in a new role as the Transformation Test Manager, where you will own the end-to-end Test Management lifecycle across all applications and platforms, and supporting in mentoring junior members of the team. Your New Role As the Transformation Test Manager, you will own the end-to-end Test Management lifecycle across all applications and platforms being delivered through the digital transformation programme. You will define, implement, and manage testing processes that give users confidence that new solutions, enhancements, and upgrades will perform effectively in live environments. You will oversee test strategies across agile, iterative, and waterfall deliveries, coordinate internal and external testing resources, and ensure testing activities are delivered to time, scope, and quality. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, data teams, and technical specialists, providing clear communication on progress, risks, issues, and readiness for go-live decisions. You will also be leading and mentoring 2 junior test analysts in the team. What You Will Need to Succeed Strong experience owning and delivering Test Management across large digital or transformation programmesExperience delivering testing within CRM, ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments is desirableExperience leading a small team, or ambition to develop into a leadership style roleAbility to define, implement and maintain Test Management best practices, processes, and policiesExpertise in developing and managing test strategies in agile, iterative, SaaS, and waterfall environmentsExperience planning and managing test calendars across multiple systems and workstreams.Ability to coordinate and manage internal and third-party test resourcesStrong understanding of end-to-end testing, regression testing, and automation approaches for integrationsExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate progress, risks, and decision-making clearly.
