We are working with schools who are looking for teachers with experience in various subjects. Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.Maintain discipline through well-focused teaching and through positive and productive classroom management.Contribute to the development of the school curriculum and participate in curriculum activities.Provide feedback to parents and guardians on a pupil’s progress at parents’ evenings and other meetings.Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.Act as a mentor to students, providing support and guidance with their educational and personal development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Right to work in the UK.A degree in a relevant subject area.Experience teaching at the secondary level.Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum.Excellent classroom management skills.Ability to create an environment that promotes learning and encourages curiosity.Strong organisational and communication skills.Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
