SEMH Teaching Assistant - Secondary SEN School - Derby ?? Location: Alvaston, Derby?? Start Date: ASAP?? Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term?? Salary: Competitive (based on experience) A welcoming and well-resourced secondary SEN school in Alvaston, Derby is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time in February/March 2026. This is a long-term opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young people with SEMH and Challenging Behaviour. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you will support students across the school, helping to deliver a highly personalised, sensory-based curriculum. This is a rewarding and hands-on role that requires patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting learners with complex needs.
