We are working closely with a number of supportive secondary schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast who are looking to appoint reliable Cover Supervisors to support with planned and emergency staff absence. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, sports coaches, youth workers, or experienced support staff looking to step into the classroom. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacherManage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused learning environmentSupport students in completing set workProvide feedback to teaching staffBuild strong professional relationships with students and staff You are not required to plan lessons your focus is on classroom management, engagement, and ensuring learning continues smoothly. No two days are the same, and the experience gained is invaluable.
