Are you looking to step up your career and into a Financial Accountant role?A leading international organisation based in Cambridge is searching for a dynamic Financial Accountant to play a key role in streamlining financial processes and enhancing reporting accuracy across its global network.As a Financial Accountant you will:Lead the implementation and management of IFRS16 lease accounting across subsidiaries, ensuring smooth integration and compliance.Take ownership of lease reporting processes, driving accuracy and efficiency.Provide expert training and support to finance teams on IFRS9 expected credit loss methodology.Play a key role in rolling out a new consolidation reporting tool, improving financial oversight.Proactively address audit queries and identify opportunities for process enhancements.Qualifications & Experience:ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with a strong technical accounting background.Proven experience in IFRS16 and IFRS9 reporting within a multinational environment.Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for financial detail and process improvement.As a Financial Accountant you will get?Salary of £55,000 - £60,000Hybrid Working 2/3 days in the officeGenerous Pension SchemeThe chance to be part of a forward-thinking, internationally recognised company with a strong reputation for excellence.
