OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Tax Manager to join this busy accounting practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing corporate tax compliance, planning, and reporting, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and optimising tax strategies. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of accounting software and financial planning, with a proven track record in managing complex tax issues for corporate clients.DutiesManage a portfolio of corporate tax clients typically ranging from £50-£100 Million turnover.Liaise between accounts and audit teams, meet with clients.Identify any technical issues and deliver tax advisory outcomes.Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimise organisational tax liabilities.Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify potential tax savings opportunities.Stay updated on changes in tax legislation affecting the organisation and advise accordingly.Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.Manage and develop the corporate tax team - staff reviews, feedback and delegate work loads.ExperienceProven experience in a senior finance or tax management role within the financial services sector.
