You will work closely with Managers and Partners, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services while mentoring junior team members. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.Crowe Watson is acting as an Employment Agency, references to pay rates are indicative and salary is dependent on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of clientsPreparing statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnershipsProducing management accounts and VAT returnsAssisting with corporation tax computations and liaising with HMRCSupporting and mentoring junior staff membersBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsRequirementsACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualifiedAt least two years' experience working within a UK Practice environmentStrong technical knowledge of UK accounting standardsExperience preparing accounts for a varied client portfolioExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work independently
